Today I spent two or three phone calls with Helen Kelly. She is very knowledgeable, very helpful and very polite. Absolutely worthless on every level. They are infamous for passing along charges to homeowners that were never authorized. The staff is ignorant on a best day. If they are managing your HOA you are in for a very unpleasant treat. They are trash.
