Visiting from out of town and needed a place to go to with the family since the weather wasn’t very good. This was the perfect haven for my little one. They have the best kids section I have seen at a library. So many options for the kids to play, explore, and imagine. You can tell that those that run and upkeep this beautiful place truly are passionate about the children in their community. So much fun and we can’t wait to come back on our next visit!

Friendly, great place to go to gather information on any subject. Just asked the librarians and they know what's going on in the community etc. Also great place for local events. Love their book selection and if they're missing anything they can order it in from other libraries. Warm and friendly.

We were just passing through. We actually stopped here to use the restroom and print something from their computer. We were surprised with the history lesson we received while we were here. There was a nice display with artifacts from a sunken steamboat and local history info and displays. The staff here was very friendly. Although we don't have any young children there was a very nice selection of things to keep kids entertained. The locals are lucky to have this gem.

Small but packed full of local history. Wonderful presentations by super professional staff. Ms. Mimi has a wonderful museum background including the Smithsonian.
You can borrow telescopes, get free seeds, and have books brought to the library from the much larger main library.
Super knowledgeable and helpful staff.
They interact with the schools by reading to the children. Programs from agricultural to local history.

This library may be in a small town but it is just as good as most big city libraries. Great selection of books, especially local and Florida history books. Up to date computers for internet and printing. Museum quality exhibit currently being displayed and free for everyone to see. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall- 5 stars or better!

Love books!!! This Library is small but good! When you get your card, you can order books off internet from that LARGE Panama City Library!! The truck comes once a week! Get pretty much what you want!!!!!!
Have souch to offer to kids and to everyone. Something is happening all the time!!

Love this library!!! There is a section of books they sell for cheap! They also have a garden section where you can browse seeds. You are allowed five seed packets per library card per week. There are vegetable seeds and flower seeds to choose from. I will take photos next week.

Part of the Northwest Regional System. System is operated very efficiently as is the Port St. Joe library. Very friendly staff and director.
A great use of taxpayer's funds as it is a provides a excellent return on the investment.
