I would highly recommend Gail Mulford to manage your rental property. My husband and I bought an older home in the late part of 2015 but due to a sudden illness we were unable to move in and needed to rent our home for the next 4 1/2 years. We lived out of state so we had to depend upon someone that would be able to help us and that we could trust to take care of our property. Gail was wonderful! She stepped in and told us what needed to be done, saw us through every step. She was very through-all in screening applicants. Gail would call me to let me know that she had made an appointment with the tenants to check over the property and then she would call me back to let me know how everything was. If there was a problem she would speak to the tenants and let them know what they needed to do to correct the problem, give them a time frame, and then would call me with the details. She was always fair with me as the owner and she was fair with the tenants. If the tenants had a problem with the property she would call me and I would immediately get someone out to make the repair.

I always felt that Gail looked out for both the owner and the tenants. I can never thank Gail for all that she did for us for the past 4 1/2 years.

Coldwell managed a rental property in Young Harris and provided the most unprofessional landlord I have ever experience/heard about. Her name is Gail Mulford. We always paid on time, and always communicated very clearly to her, and she violated our lease numerous times, unannounced visits, unannounced entry to the home, false statements of all sorts to me and the other tenants. She took advantage of us monetarily because we were young renters and were unaware of the extent of her wrong doing. Coldwell in Blairsville has a C+ rating and I'm not sure how based on my experience with the people that work there.

I've been at my current rental for 2 and a half years here in Blairsville, and we couldn't be happier...
The application process was quick (2 days)...
I have had a few equipment problems (normal wear and tear) that were addressed quickly...
I appreciate the timely manner that Gail and her staff addressed our problems...
I share my home with my daughter and granddaughter and it has been a great place to raise a little girl...
The property inspections were ALWAYS scheduled at least a week in Advance .
I would definitely recommend Their services to anyone interested in renting a home around Blairsville..
I will definitely use Gail's services, if and when we decide to purchase a home in the Area...

Jeanne Mills is a top tier realtor who truly gives her best to her clients. We were purchasing a home in NEGA while living in SWFL and she made it possible to widdle down the right home for us by visiting listings and forwarding us videos and notes to help us decide if it was what we were looking for. We had to make so many trips to find the right home and Jeanne was always accommodating! Even went as far as to try meeting up with us when a snowy morning turned into a significant snow storm! We just couldn't imagine buying our first home with anybody else!

Sadly, I hadn't read the reviews prior to my experience. GAIL MULFORD is a piece of work. Very unprofessional. It took forever to get a call back. After applying for a house the interactions became more intrusive and rude. I feel sorry for the owners of the property. Poor representation!!!!! I am glad we didn't rent from her.... sounds like she is making a career of ripping people off. Pathetic!
