Blatant disregard for our property. We have a temporary cable set up for service at our house and Costal thought they should just run it over with their mowers. This shows their workers don't give a rat's behind regarding the property they are working on. It is not like it was half buried and they could not see it. So it is either incompetence or total disregard. Neither are very good. I will be voting and lobbying to find a new contractor for our subdivision.

I paid top dollar for sod for my whole back yard from these folks and wanted to protect it with a service contract for spraying. The contract was for almost double what I’ve paid other companies but it’s a big investment. You pay for monthly service. My yard was sprayed the first week of May and I was billed for that. In June I was billed again but no service. I called to report this and that I was going out of town the third week of June so needed service. I was assured that would happen. Today I returned to a phone from the service tech stating he was at my home. I replied I would be home by 10. I called the main office to say I should not be billed for July as I paid for June with no service. When the tech arrived he said he did spray my front yard only on June 29th so that counted as June’s service. I informed him that was unacceptable and about 8 weeks since my prior service. I then received a call from the main office stating they were canceling my contract as service every 8 weeks was okay as long as it was in the month. I asked to speak to the owner and was told no need as they were canceling my contract. This is truly unacceptable and I do not recommend them.

The supervisor/contact at the business was very uncommunitive. He was difficult to contact and didn't really provide timely information. When the got here to do my yard, he marked the areas off and left without giving me any more information. The crew who put in the plants, etc., were great! They did a very good job. The supervisor had said nothing about payment so one of the crew tried to contact him but couldn't get an answer. I gave a check to one of the crew and he signed a receipt. The next day, the supervisor texted me saying he wanted to pick up my payment. I told him who I had given it to. He said "Oh. Okay." I never heard anything else from him. The yard looks good...great crew, but I was not happy with the store contact

Coastal Landscape did my whole backyard a year ago. All but 2 irises died in a couple of weeks and almost half the blue daze are gone. Also, one area was not graded properly and standing water killed the sod. I have asked Mark to replace the plants and sod several times. I even went by the office and left an inventory list. We have written guarantee but Mark has not replaced as promised.
Today, I called the office and got no ring.
Called his cell, mail box was full.

Coastal Landscape has been taking care of our 3 cemeteries for several years now. We have gotten more compliments on the appearance of our cemeteries than ever before! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a landscape company for their business or home. They are family owned and operated which means a lot to us since we are also family owned and operated. 4.8 stars. Coastal Landscaping, Chuck and the crew did a great job on transforming our yard (sand) into looking like Augusta National. They worked within our budget and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful. We look forward to working with Coastal Landscaping in our future plans.

They did a remake of our courtyard and what a wonderful job was done, however I would advise anyone having work performed get it in writing. We had an issue with their manager and irrigation person that resulted in us canceling our service.
