The project of getting quality Blue Pearl granite for our specific kitchen countertop design was well done. Our experience started with a meeting with Jason who kept us informed and was good with communicating the time table to get it completed. Although it took a while including installation, we are very satisfied and the price of the project was very good compared to other bids or going with Home depot.

All they are interested in getting your deposit. After they get your deposit, you will get no customer service. They will not honor their schedule and they will not fix their mistakes. They do not care about you or providing satisfied customers. All they care about is money

We had legacy brown installed in our new kitchen. Looks great, not impressed with the final invoice, received a email for the remainder, however, when I went to the office to pay, the invoice was $120 more than stated. Not good business at all! Only thing they did was apologize, still had to pay that extra money, can't recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Classic Design. Their advice in selection of stone was quite helpful and the result is amazing. The honed granite is perfect and was a much lower cost than some other stone. The fabrication team was professional and measurements were exact. The installation team was also first class. Arrived on schedule and worked to a perfect completion. Pricing was better than competition. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Worse experience ever replacing countertops. Be ware of this shady business. Unprofessional and sloppy work. After 2 moths and 3 visits, the installation is still incomplete, and the granite countertops are defective and unleveled. They damaged our exterior door in the process of moving the granite pieces, did not install the sink, and left splashes of dirt all over the kitchen cabinets and appliances. The backsplash edges were left uneven. They filled the damaged granite with colors that don't blend and don't match. We bought the mid-grade $55 per sq. ft. granite but they delivered a cheaper quality because they did not have another slab of the original material. They were mostly unresponsive and disrespectful.

Loved the product but hated the installation and service I got at the office. The man that came to my house to measure would constantly cut you off and answer his phone. Then when he would explain the process he used jargon I had no clue of. I had to constantly call the office everyday to ask when the installation was happening. It was 5pm one a Friday when they said they were on there way or the could come back next week. I was forced to have them do it then. They were so quick they were out in an hour. In the process they scrapped up my newly drywalled and painted kitchen in 7 places, used a saw to cut my cabinets because they were in the way, and knicked my ceiling in several places with a saw. All this had to be redone at MY cost. After yelling at the office they said the installation guys had to do it that way and there was no other way. When I went to pay I discussed the amount and they said I was wrong. I told them I already paid a deposit. They told me I was wrong three times. I even said I have a bank statement with the amount they took. When they charged me the final amount it was too high. I had to call a fourth time to discuss the payment. They did not apologize. They said they will work on getting me reimbursed for the overage.
In summary find a different place. This place sucks in customer service, quality installation, and book keeping.

We had an excellent experience all within a two and a half week timeframe. We had an odd shape that looked difficult to fix, they made it look natural. Beautiful work!! The only hitch was the surprise installation. We weren’t told when until we called and they said that day, which we both had to work. Thankfully my general contractor was working in the house that day and agreed to oversee the installation. Beautiful job, just beautiful.

Mid February my wife scheduled for granite installation in our kitchen and first bathroom. We constantly reminded them that I work overseas so sticking to the schedule is important, since my time home would be limited. The initial time they were suppose to arrive was around 0900. My wife called at approximately 0930 when no one had called or arrived to our home. They informed us that since it was the biggest job of the day they would like to do it last. So the new time of arrival was set at 1500, AGAIN at we called 30 minutes after to be told they had run into some unforeseen problems and were in route. At roughly 1700 we received no phone calls and constantly called with no answer. They eventually showed up at approx. 1745. After installation I noticed gaps between the walls and back splash and thought it was a given that this should be sealed. Upon talking to someone at the office we were informed that they do not caulk the spaces unless told because they use caulk that can't be painted over. A few days later, after I returned overseas and my wife had begun the sealing process she noticed dull spots and what seems to be a crack (actual status still unknown). She scheduled for someone to come take a look at it on the 28th of March. I received a call verifying the appointment for that afternoon, but unfortunately after that call no one called again nor did anyone stop by to inspect the problem. This is currently what we are trying to deal with now.
