For a long time, I was in college and still needed to full time so call up chase professional at lady Nikki was a life saver. She always was respectfully and professional at the same time. I was always a hard worker but I had to prove myself as good worker. They always had a positions for me and I got hired on with couple job. Now I'm doing better with the job I'm hired at now... I would like to say is to thank chase professional for the experiences and the opportunity you gave me. I would recommend y'all to anyone that's looking for a job. Thanks Nikki for everything.. One Love.

Incredibly unprofessional. I was there for an hour and a half before I thanked them for their time and left. I didn't even make it through all of the paper work, because of how slow they were. Granted, she did say a coworker of hers had called out, but there were only three people there with appointments. Thats it. I came in 15 minutes early and had to wait 20 before I got started with all of the paper work, the first thing was to get on the computer and fill out all of the legal stuff (Veteran/disabled etc.) that took me less than five minutes. But I had to wait another 15 before she came back out. Keep in mind, if you've never been to this office, that there's a huge glasses window into their office and everything echoes. During this time people would be calling in about how to apply or if any jobs were opening. I heard them twice talking negatively about people calling, extremely unprofessional. And each time the would they they didn't have anything currently available, (not worth my time). Once she finally came out after that part was done, I had to fill out a 12 page form about w-2 and tax stuff. That took about 7-8 minutes. And again I had to wait 10+ minutes for her to come back out. The next step was to fill out the math "test". She gave me the math test along with a sheet about a video I had to watch, which was safe to assume would be the next step. After I completed the math test I heard her take a few personal calls. So I politely walked in and asked for my ID and social security card I had given her over and hour ago, so that I could leave. She seemed surprised. Also, during all of this there was a 25-30 year old child, yes child, in there cussing and also taking personal calls and keeping her distracted from doing her job. He was wearing cargo plaid shorts, a white shirt, and a baseball cap.

There are 8+ Employment agencies here in Carrollton, you can't act this unprofessional and waste people's time that are looking for jobs. I had to leave when I did because the day prior I went to Express Employment, got offered a job and had an interview scheduled with the employers.

Don't wear cargos. Don't waste hard working people's time.

I had called to get hired on at my brother-in-laws work in Villa Rica. Was told to put in an online application and to call and let them know when i was done with it so it can get reviewed and sent to the place i was trying to get hired on at, and that they would call me when i had to come in. Well when i called this morning to see how everything was going, they said they are no longer hiring because of the holidays. Mind you, i had already talked to the company and they said they needed atleast 200 positions filled. Well i hung up with CHASE Professionals and called the company to find out what to do next. And someone supposedly called CHASE Professionals after i called, and "yelled and cussed" Nikki out. Saying they were calling in regards to me and that they worked for the company, well instead of calling me or texting me and asking me if i had someone call and do that, she automatically assumed that i did because they supposedly "had the same lastname and called within a few seconds of you calling". I even have the text messages from Nikki said in a screenshot. And when we tried to call and figure out what was going on, she automatically got an attitude and started accusing. And when i mentioned that i dont know anyone by the name she said called, she acted as if she believe me. Acted as if i was lying or something. When i mentioned that what she did was very unprofessional she argued and said it wasnt because i had someone call her. When in fact, i didnt do that. Im sorry, but Nikki was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL with how she handled it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to text someone accusing them of having their "family member" call and cuss them out, like why would someone whos trying to get a job do something like that? I have 3 kids and one on the way, why would i chance not getting a job like that? Makes no sense. I will NEVER use CHASE Professionals EVER AGAIN.

Nice people but they don't seem to take responsibility of their actions. I worked through them for only 2 days and as soon as pay day rolls around, I'm only getting paid for 1 day. Definitely not cool especially when I started on a Monday and checks aren't issued until Friday. I waited a whole week to see a one day check. But this ain't even the messed up part, the lady at the front desk gave away my pay card and the person that had it never brought it back so I was charged $10 to replace a card that she lost. I was so pissed. I won't be ever working through them again. They just don't care about their employee's.

All of the staff at the are very helpful and will do anything possible to make sure your experience is pleasant. I have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office.
