I reached out to this company after seeing one of their trucks in the neighborhood advertising their business. I discussed with Mike about receiving a quote for work in the front yard. He indicated his father was recovering from hip surgery and it may be a couple of days before he’s out at the property. I told him I would be out of the area, so I was not in a rush; however, he’s welcome to go over at any time being he did not need access to quote work in the front yard. He asked me to text him when we got off the phone with an address and pictures, which I promptly did. I’ve followed up with him requesting to know when he will be out and I continue to get the runaround until he finally just stopped responding all together. Completely unprofessional. If you’re overbooked, or don’t have time, simply say so, do not string people along. I’m glad we didn’t go with this company… I think I just got a snap shot of what it might be like working with this company.

We hired Catterton's property maintenance after we realized we didn't have time to maintain our property and as someone who does everything himself and refuses to hire professionals, I'm really glad I did. They always do a great job and are thorough. I hate to admit it but they do the job better and faster than I ever could and it's a HUGE relief knowing I don't have to maintain my yard on top of working a full time job, starting my own business and keeping the wife happy. Money well spent!!!

Neighbor apparently has this this lawn service and they drive on my property to get to the back of my neighbors without permission and due to the saturated grass they got stuck with their equipment and left a big whole in my grass. How about fixing it No note, nothing on my door. Who gave you permission to drive on my property and damage it?

BEWARE! Rude customer service. Inconsiderate of neighbors. Half-done work. There are better companies out there. Do your research before hiring this “company”.
