We purchased wedding bands and other jewelry at IDC in Sarasota, FL in March 2024. As part of the purchase if we met a certain threshold amount, was told we qualified for a honeymoon. We were given instructions to submit the paperwork. We submitted it immediately via USPS mail w delivery confirmation & tracking. This company does not answer phone calls nor email. We’ve been following up since March w/o avail. Last week, my fiancé reached out to IDC & told them we want to return the extra items for a refund as this was clearly a scam & they connected him with someone who finally called back frolm Calusa. Was lied to & told it wasn’t received, although we have USPS tracking stating it was delivered to their offices in March. Was told to re-submit & someone would get back to us. That was also a lie. Today is 7/15/24. FOUR months since our purchase & Calusa has not met what was promised to us. Filing a complaint w the better business bureau & going back to IDC to report this fraudulent company.
