We went with Brown Haven because of a recommendation from one of our neighbors. Both my wife and I were impressed with the planning and selection phase of the project. We did experience some challenges once the build started. The PM who started our build was working from old print that he did not verify before starting. Changes that we made were not included in the initial build. There were other issues that we experienced, and we started to think that we had made a mistake going with Brown Haven. This changed once Tom Valichka was assigned to our build. Tom turned the build around, and was great to work with. He listens, is responsive and produces quality work. Thank you Tom for listening to us and making the build a positive experience for both my wife and I.

We have been in our Brown Haven house for about a year now and we could not be more pleased. The quality of the build and the materials used all exceeded our expectations. I really enjoyed working with the Brown Haven staff, it was a very easy build process and our house is beautiful; also a great value for the price.
Since we moved in we've had some small issues. We had a faulty ceiling fan, a leak in the water line from the well to the house, a faulty light under the kitchen cabinets and some other small issues. Brown Haven responded immediately to all of the issues and had them fixed within 48 hours with absolutely no hassle.
We're very satisfied with our choice to use Brown Haven and we would definitely use them again.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of interacting with Elizabeth Turner, a sales agent who has consistently demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my privacy. Despite multiple attempts and clear requests to have my email address removed from her contact list, she has repeatedly failed to take any action, leaving me frustrated and exasperated.

It is truly astonishing to witness the extent of Elizabeth's disregard for customer preferences. After reaching out to her multiple times and explicitly asking to be removed from her email communications, I continued to receive unsolicited and irrelevant messages from her. It's as if my requests fell on deaf ears, or worse, were intentionally ignored.

This level of unresponsiveness and disrespect is not only unbecoming of a sales agent but is also a clear violation of basic etiquette and professionalism. As someone who is supposed to represent a company and interact with potential clients, Elizabeth Turner's behavior has left me questioning her competence and integrity. If she cannot even handle simple tasks such as removing an email address from a list, how can she be trusted to provide satisfactory service in more complex matters?

My attempts to communicate my frustration and disappointment to her have been met with further indifference. It is evident that she lacks the empathy and understanding necessary to navigate customer concerns. Her actions have left a sour taste in my mouth and have negatively impacted my perception Brown Haven Homes she represents.

In light of my experience with Elizabeth Turner, I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with her or Brown Haven Homes. Her inability to respect customer wishes and her apparent indifference to privacy concerns make her a liability rather than an asset to any professional endeavor. There are countless other sales agents who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships. I urge you to explore other options and avoid the frustrating experience I have had to endure.
