Is it absolutely necessary to SPAM MAIL people. No one wants to ever work with a nagging company. Bad way of doing business.

Update: I have received NUMEROUS letters from you all, not just one. Your address is listed, but not the company name. The fact that people have to search the address to figure out who is bothering them is not good business either. Maybe learn from your complaints?

Scammers!!! They send pink "time sensitive" spam in the mail after they fid out you bought a house. There is no phone number to call. They try to make it look "official" when in reality its just a shady marketing ploy. Stay far away from companies that scam people by making them think its really an important document not a sketchy sales tactic.

This company sent me a document pretending to be my mortgage lender. Soliciting me to buy life insurance. Trying to trick me into thinking it was a legitimate letter from my lender. Thankfully I didn’t fall for this, but other may have which is horrible. Never used them, now I never will.

If the company intentions was not to deceive, they should have specified the name of their company and not written their letter in such a way that if could come off as written by my lender. Detailing my loan info from lender, my loan, and even styling the footer with my lenders info. I should not have to google phone numbers, and other tertiary information in order to discover that though the letter appears to be from my lender, it actually isn't.

This was not only letter I received from company trying to get me to buy insurance after purchasing my house. Though this is the first one where the deception was intentional, no other insurance company has sent a letter in this way. Seeing another review basically saying the same thing shows me my situation is not unique. FIX YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

BFA’s flavor of “expiring car warranty” is the official-looking life insurance mailers that clog up everyone’s mailbox every day; irregardless of the spam-ee’s locale (or financial situation).

Is the approach legal? Apparently.
Is it the sort of behavior you’d expect from an intentional, community-oriented organization?

Today I received a letter offering insurance on that loan.
I assumed the letter was from my credit union, as the name is listed prominently at the top of the letter.
In fact after a Google search, I determined the letter is from your company whose name is not listed on the letter.

I believe this is a deceptive and possibly fraudulent trade practice.
