It's hard for me as a business owner to trust that someone creating/managing my brand and advertising will live up to my standards, but Nick is able to listen and produce as if it was his own business. That's not an easy feat from what I've seen with others out there. There's a value to me in Nick beyond the trite platitudes which all companies boast, so I'm fine with paying a little more for that level of service. Good decision to use him.
Update He's still helping me with great email marketing campaign with my wife's business.

Nick is a special guy, and super good at what he does. I know it can be scary going with a smaller guy instead of a larger company, but he has all of the experience and knowledge that they do without having to pay huge overhead like they do. Plus you will get a much more personal touch. Also, in a world full of people that are only out there for themselves at the expense of relationship, Nick is truly a win-win guy.
