Terrible . Called there weeks ago for Ins quote. I was told call you back in awhile after getting my info. A month later still have NOT heard back. Terrible way to do business. Would NOT let them insure ANYTHING....To many reputable agents all over Georgia

My mom left her old insurance agency in Hayesville because the service was cold and indifferent at best, and boy am I glad I convinced her to switch.

I cannot say enough good things about Cheli at Bill Potts Agency. She was patient and kind and took the time to explain everything in detail to my 83 year old mother and myself. My mom needed three different types of insurance and it was a somewhat complicated process, but Cheli made it so easy for us and took the time to find exactly what my mom needed--she really went above and beyond for us, even beyond insurance info. She was professional and knows her insurance, but what really sets her apart was her patience, kindness, sense of humor, helpfulness and generosity of her time that made a huge difference during a very stressful time. Cheli and her staff made us feel like old friends and part of her family. They are wonderful people and I would recommend this agency to anyone. Thank you, Cheli!
