Great as a buyer's agent AND seller's agent. I was looking for property on North Cape San Blas and found some listings online that I wanted to look at. Kaye was the listing agent for some so I gave her a call. She has been in the area for years and definitely knows her stuff. Something surprising was Lisa’s approachability. Lisa and her team serve tons of clients in the area. So I was very surprised to find that Lisa was VERY accessible through the whole home buying process. We communicated primarily via text and Lisa was able to settle most of my concerns within an hour’s time tops.
