ABSOLUTE DISASTER and SCAM!

I hate to write a bad review but my experience was so bad I want to explain my experience and situation. My actual review would be zero starts but I gave 2 stars so people would actually read the review and know I am an actual customer and not just complaining about non sense.

I am the founder of an education technology company for higher education productivity. I found bay media group from bark and since I live in Tampa Florida, I thought the relationship would have synergy. I was guaranteed at least 4x ROAS. As I was just launching my app and had a decent budget for marketing I felt that the guarantee would be beneficial. The bay media group team did market research and made some meta ads that I was not happy with as it did not reflect my product and services correctly but I was reassured there is a guarantee if it does not work out. So after spending money on their services we launched a meta campaign using these ads. The ROAS was 0. So after a month we pivoted and I made a video that the bay media group team edited. ROAS 0. So we moved to a leads campaign which was very expensive and the ROAS was 0. After months of reassurances, we pivoted again to a message campaign. For some reason the audience was still not correct and everyone who messaged was much older than my target audience. ROAS still 0. So then, I was told my website needed updated and that would help us so I needed to buy a website. No website was created and still spent money on advertising, ROAS still 0.

Initially, contacting the group was easy and the owner was very nice but as the results were not going well it became harder to contact the group. I asked for my money back from the guarantee because after all the money for services, a website, and marketing, I still had a ROAS of $0. After the request, all communication stopped and I have not spoken to the company since after reaching out numerous times.

I hate writing bad reviews on companies as I am trying to build my own company but with a limited bootstrap budget the guarantee was very import in my decision process but now I cannot reach anyone at the company to enforce the guarantee so I can use the funds for my future marketing campaigns. I don’t want this to escalate but at this point I may not have another option.

All I am asking for is my guaranteed money back. Please reach out.

Outstanding results for our clinic! we did a X6 ROAS in just 4 and 1/2 weeks with META and they did build my website the web design is just exotic and one of a kind! Here is my breakdown. Services: 10/10. Cost 8/10 (pricey but you get what you paid for) Communication 10/10 (superb) Overall 9/10 just because of the costs but I will say you get the best of the best. If you can afford USE THEM! worth it

I wanted to share this feedback since I don't normally write reviews. I started with Bay Media Group in November 2022 and we started off with Meta and got 12 customers in 2 weeks I was extremely shocked! This company deserves way more credit and reviews than it has! Amazing!

They promised me 5 to 10 leads a week andvideos for my Facebook page. I received 0 leads after 5 days. They would not update me for days at a time. After not receiving no results I canceled the contract. It's been 2 months and still waiting on my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did not deliver anything. I am ready to seek legal action to resolve this issue.

If I can give them zero I will do it. They're just scammers. We paid $1500.00 for website design and nothing has been completed after one month. We're an automation company but they put oil company pictures and information on our website. Horrible people.
Please skip this company.

This so called "company" took 7K from me, promised the world to me and my company, and actually did more damage than anything else. They have not answered the phone or emails in over 3 weeks. Thank God I am getting my money back from American Express. There is still a possibility the police will be notified for theft charges.
