Buyer beware! You get what you pay for I suppose, I purchased a heavy duty banner that lasted less than one hour, it was hanging directly below the exact same size banner that I purchased from Vistaprint several weeks earlier. The Vistaprint banner has no damage whatsoever while this one failed within the first hour. After calling Customer service, if you can call that. They informed me that I would need to take pictures and send an email refunding my purchase. After taking the photos and sending the email, this was the reply I got along with an offer for a 10% discount from my next purchase, will never be doing business with this company again.

“Upon checking, the order was placed for the heavy-duty banners with a bigger size and the double-sided without any wind flaps. As per the images shared, its seems that the place you hung the banners, is having a heavy wind flow. The grommets got snitched out of the banner due to the heavy wind flow.”

I used BannerBuzz to make 20 custom flags for my Mardi Gras krewe. (I laid the design out on Canva.) I used both the chat and the website to communicate with the team. The cost was extremely reasonable, shipping was fast, and the flags look great!

Update Aug 29, 2024:

After I left a review on their website and here, customer service reached back out and offered to send a new frame and banner. The frame quality is still awful, but we will reinforce it ourselves and it will get us through until we can buy a different solution.

The banner print quality is fine. The frame is the most cheaply made frame I’ve ever seen and couldn’t support the size of the banner they send with it. It broke within hours of us setting it up. And we set it up correctly per their instructions. Customer service said there was nothing they could do so now our non profit organization is out hundreds of dollars.

Good quality product. We ordered a photo backdrop for an event. Give yourself extra time for the order as shipping is done through a third party but Banner Buzz customer service was great and worked with us till we reached a happy solution. We will be using their products in the future for sure!

Don’t order from here!! Awful product and even worst customer service

We ordered a wall decal for our studio.
First one that we ordered was peeling off. Customer service said it’s because the wall was not smooth.
Anyway we contacted them about ordering another decal for our wall that we freshly painted a smoothen out. When we chatted with them we asked specifically which decal will work best on a drywall wall. And we followed their instructions and placed the order. First shipment came quickly by the colors on the design where wrong. After going back and forth with several times, we got them to send us a new decal which took a very long time.
When we finally put the decal on the wall, it look good. Only to come back the next day to find it on the floor as it completely came off the wall and folded in itself, making it impossible for us to try to reapply it to the wall.

We call customer service and the rep wanted me to send a video of how we are trying to apply the decal to the wall after I explained to him that it peeled off the wall and folded on it self and i can not unfold it. I sent a picture to them of the decal on the floor and they replied that they want a video of me applying it to the wall.
Seems like that didn’t look at the picture at all.

so I took the folded decal to the wall and make a video showing them it’s not sticking to the wall.

They have now replied to me. Keep in mind that before I sent the video they replied quickly within 24 hour. It’s been 3 days. And not one email.

Do not order from this company. Bad products. Awful quality and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Look at the pictures attached. One is from our security camera after we put the decal in the wall. Second is when we came to the studio the next morning and the video they asked us to send.

Very disappointed with the excuses/service provided. Ordered a Step & Repeat for a very important event, even paid for rush shipping. After multiple attempts of trying to locate/get a proper ETA, we are still setting up for our event with noooo banner. Thanks! 🙂

Buyer Beware: Avoid BannerBuzz at All Costs

If you value your time, money, and sanity, I urge you to avoid doing business with BannerBuzz. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.

In August 2022, we placed an order for a banner totaling $48.74. From the very beginning, issues arose. BannerBuzz claimed the image we provided was unusable, which we understood and addressed immediately. We provided updated images and followed their instructions repeatedly. Despite our compliance and repeated attempts to resolve the matter, the order has inexplicably remained in “processing” status for over two years! (See photo)

Every time we’ve reached out, we’ve encountered unhelpful excuses. Most recently, we were informed that their team has changed, but even now, there has been no resolution. After all this time and effort, we still have no product and no refund.

Their customer service representatives are polite, but politeness doesn’t resolve anything. They have repeatedly suggested retrying, but after three failed attempts, we refuse to waste more time and energy. To make matters worse, they claim their bank cannot process a refund for an order this old. (Note, the account says “refunded” on the same page it says “processing…yet, no refund or product!)

BannerBuzz operates like a company based outside the U.S., making it incredibly difficult to hold them accountable. We would never trust them with a larger order or amount, and we deeply regret allowing this to drag on for so long, even for a seemingly small purchase.

I share this experience to warn others: BannerBuzz is unreliable, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable company instead.

Banner Buzz manufactures a quality product! I was able to upload my own design--in PDF format--very easily. The outdoor banner is made with thick, waterproof material and the grommets were carefully placed. It arrived very quickly, even sooner than the estimated time frame I had been given! After dealing with the liars at Vista Print for so long, it was refreshing to have an easy transaction with Banner Buzz. Thank you!
