Joke of a company they were supposed to come weekly to my bldg to spray, Exterminator for over a year was supposed to show up fridays everyone would sign up and they’d show up well into the afternoon and not AMs as scheduled. Then just put NA… Finally complained to management after a year of this nonsense and showed the proof on the sign up sheets, Explained they’d call or come at said scheduled time, Failed to do so 5 times, then said “sorry what’s your address again?” LOL filed a BBB complaint, highly advise against using this company, especially if google reviews state they charge more for shvt service, technicians who don’t care, and admins / management ownership who doesn’t care. 5 attempts of them stating they’d call and be there at said time and not.

I had to choose all the items because they are an all encompassing service. They understand our industry and whats required. I can't say enough good things about Assured Environments. Prompt responses to emails , calls service requests, Great Support, Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, Assured environments goes the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Carlos Lopez and Robert Shiron are the best. Carlos is on top of every issue and is always looking proactively to assure our site is maintained in the best condition. Rob participated in an event at our site this year to bring awareness on pest control to our team, it was excellent to have his support. I don't believe either of these gentlemen every sleep, when I ask for something they respond before I can blink an eye. Thank you Assured Environments for being great partners with Givaudan !

We tried using assured on some of our buildings even though their rates came in a little higher then other companies… the main reason for using them was to update and maintain their inspection and sop book for our warehouse … after multiple phone calls and attempts to get their book updated with inspections .. they failed to do so .. it wasn’t until I called the field supervisor to come out and he updated our book. And assured us the technician would do so as well … again our records were out of date … I would not recommend using this company. It was not worth the price difference.

Katherine has the worst customer service skills ever. She is more concerned with being right than enhancing her customers experience. Still waiting to hear back from her Manager after she Clearly insulted me. Its been 6 hours. Let’s see.
