Appraiser inspected 2 properties for us on the same day. The house we are selling and the house we are buying. The buyers for our home got the appraisal 10 business days, or two full weeks after inspection. It's now 15 business days from the date of inspection on the home we're buying and we do not have the report. Emails, calls and texts have gone unanswered. They also said they needed this week to finish the report due to the hurricane that didn't even hit our area. They are in breach of contract as of 5pm today. And now I've had to quickly find and hire a new appraise in order to close on time.

I don’t normally review but can greatly appreciate what they did for me and my wife. Never had heard of them and when they had to appraise our home (with a construction loan) I was very nervous. Matt met me out at the property and took tons of time to go over what we were going to do to the property. He was very courteous and patient with us, letting me go through all the details in detail. You really feel like he is listening and with some companies you might feel skeptical but don’t feel this way with them. He genuinely listens and gave a very fair appraisal that helped my wife and I to build our future on. Thanks guys

Most unprofessional appraiser I have ever dealt with in 16+ years of banking. Failed to meet a deadline and lied for two months saying it would be delivered the next day. I heard that on more than ten separate occasions. Excuses continued to get more and more ridiculous before he disappeared and quit answering phone calls, voice mails, and texts. Coincidentally his cell phone number changed during this time. Stay away and don't waste your time!!

Would never ever recommend this company to do your appraisal! My home sets in the middle of other homes that start at 125,000 and up and with Zillow and other sites quoting my home at 131,000 and higher. This clown disguised as an appraiser appraised my home at 85,000. I'm insulted. Don't use this company! Not unless you want your home appraised at half the value!
