Aloght owes me a weeks pay. It is beyond unacceptable for it to not be included with payroll as it always is.

The switch board specialist hung up on me middle of speaking. I called back and she hung up again. Seemed to be upset by outside factors and taking it out on customers. Seems she does it to many people based off of the reviews. She clearly needs to be fired…

Very difficult to get to speak to an agent after waiting on hold for 2 hours and finally gave up tried next day and same thing occurred .

Just as others have shared, the switchboard operator is a real piece of work! Rude and transferred me in the middle of me explaining my concern. I called back and asked them to please allow me to speak first and she said “well, this is who is going to help you, so do you want to be transferred?!”

Alight Solutions is one terrible company. They don’t treat any of the employees with respect or even like humans. They cram you in small rooms with tiny desks like India. The expectations are way to high for failing computer systems and outrageous call volume. They are not hiring for the Orlando office any longer and won’t tell anyone why. The teams are too small to handle the work load. Managers bad mouth the place on a daily basis. The building is falling apart. No one cleans the coffee machines and there is mold throughout. Security is lacking for parking lot incidents and crime. Belinda Lopez is a manager there who could care less about her team or employees. She is rarely at work and when she is she hides away in her mole hole corner. There is never any positive feedback only negative on a daily basis. Alight has taken away all budget for parties and employee moral is in the gutter. HR is nonexistent and is off site you have to call and leave a message and wait for a response 2 days later. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is a Call Center and I would highly recommend not applying at this terrible company. Be warned and stay away from PNC and BELINDA LOPEZ. She is an awful person and does not care about anyone but her own retirement in the immediate future. Disgusting building and health hazards everywhere. Stay away!

I personally feel about this company as everyone has stated now I see why I saw a lot of the foul language that a lot of previously employees felt about the company, I had one of the most unprofessional interviews by two assessors that do not sound like they know what they are doing, one of kept cutting me off in the conversation and Sabrina OMG! anyways I felt like it was a waste of my professional time, no wonder they have a high turnover. I got a much better offer, so glad.
