I've had the pleasure of assisting Javier with many of his residential closings, and he is a standout! He's communicative, hands on, and honorable. I've worked alongside many realtors in the industry, many of whom who treat a transaction like a slow cooker-- set it and forget it. I have worked more than a month, sometimes a few, on transactions where the only communication I receive from a realtor is from them to make sure their commission is mailed to a specific address. Not Javier, however. I've seen Javier assist his customers with concerns long after they've closed, I've seen him reduce his commission significantly (regardless if the client is fair) just so his clients get their dream home, and I've seen him maintain consistent communication even when he's out of state or with family. He's fantastic and I am grateful to have a longstanding relationship that is professional, courteous, and caring.

Javier has lots of great reviews, but unfortunately for us, we did not get the level of service that others have received. He was representing both the seller and us, but his best interests were to the seller alone, which is against his duty as a Realtor. He was not honest, played games, and made our first-time homebuying process very challenging, including having arguments with us when things were not going the way he wanted them to. Even after we got the key to the house, he congratulated us with his back turned. Overall, Javier was rude, disrespectful, and did not do a good job of representing us. Sure, we bought the house and we got what we needed, but a higher level of service, professionalism, and ethics would have gone a long way.

Javier did a great job. We were amazed with how well everything was organized and how quickly offers came in. We sold our house in great time and got full asking price. Javier walked us through what we needed to have ready so that potential buyers would see the best in our property. The pictures taken professionally really made the house stand out.
