Long before I met Fetie, and went to her for one session of hypnosis therapy, I began my healing journey. In 2019, I was less than one year into my marriage, and about 6 months away from reluctantly making the solid and best decision of my life to file for divorce and find a way to bring meaning to my life and maybe along the way find happiness. The best worst thing that every happened to me forced me to move through the world differently. From 2023 to present, despite all the work I had done on myself, I still struggled to 'unblock' things I knew were holding me back. I still had deeply rooted insecurities and crippling anxiety with regular swings of depression. Therapists have their place, but I felt spiritual healing would be more effective and work faster.
Since my hypnosis therapy with Fetie, I have seen and feel tremendous change in my life. I'm becoming bolder and braver with my choices. My career and generally my life has gained momentum. My life feels faster, but I can handle that now, because I'm becoming stronger and am able to build up my capacity and resilience. I am using my voice now. I knew I struggled to speak up for myself, but I only just discovered how little I spoke to people in general. Being able to connect with people now is opening doors for me in ways I couldn't have imagined.
Not that long ago I felt invisible in even the busiest places. Now, strangers can't help but talk to me every single time I leave my house. I have difficult relationships with most of my family and am finally finding ways to break through some of our barriers. For the first time in my life I'm attracting and holding onto the quality of people I have wished for. I am forming deep loving and trusting friendships that will last.
When I give myself quiet time I experience peace instead of dread and worry, which has given me a new found mental clarity. For the first time in my life I am experiencing days where I have no anxiety. I no longer feel rushed or 'stuck' most days. I am where I am supposed to be and I'm happy to be here. I am not religious, but I know wonderful things are in the works and I trust that I am loved by the Universe and by God. I know they are on my side and they want to see me succeed, and that makes me feel blessed. I am truly grateful for all that I have and all that I am.
