Was recommended to purchase business cards from this provider. Checked my mailbox and front door everyday for weeks. “Customer Service” followed up and said that they would need me to pay for a new shipping label or drive from Alabama to Connecticut to pick them up myself. Very unprofessional way of treating customers. Will gladly remove my review if this can be resolved.

UPDATE: Just reviewed my shipping address as well and it’s entered correctly. You gained money and lost a customer that would have ordered on a recurring basis. I still hope you the best, but putting the blame on the customer is not good for longevity.
