The team at revolution properties will make patience fixes happen even when the landlord doesn't want to supply the funds to do so. Ronnie and Chelsea are very great to work with. They got put in a hard situation taking over for another company but with proper communication, they get the job done.

First and foremost I want to say profoundly that Thomas at revolution properties is a man of his word from the very first day he became landlord.Thomas has gotten so much fixed at my residence that prior landlords did not even attempt to even address.I am very satisfied at the level of professionalism and the attention they pay to their tenants.Thomas K is a class act and I would recommend anyone to rent from him.He will make sure he keeps an open ear available and is very approachable.keep your word and let him know what’s going on ahead of time and he will make sure you are taken care of.Its a pleasure doing business with the good folks at revolution properties,I’m very comfortable in my home and if I have any issues he is a phone call away.

Hands down, the absolute best property management company. Thomas and the whole team are always on top of their game and have helped me navigate quite a number of challenges with the property I own under their management. They're quick, courteous, professional, and always willing to help. I used to self-manage my property, but can honestly say that having Revolution manage it for me was 1000% worth it. I moved in apartment Taftville Connecticut on Hunters Ave and from the minute I moved and there's been issues cockroaches garbage the lawn doesn't get mowed the deck needs to be properly installed for safety and a few other things I totally understand things come up but I've only been here for 3 months and I've had issues with them telling me I've been delinquent which I have receipts that I'm not telling me that they no longer take care of the place the old place does whether or not the old place took over these guys are responsible for what I asked to be fixed or done very dissatisfied and as I can see a lot of people are not happy

I was dissatisfied with the attention to my Norwich properties. Hired maintenance did damage to the property. And the worst tenants I've had in 8 years of being a landlord of over 50 units were placed in my building. Here are the results of a recent eviction of someone placed by Revolution a year ago.
