I appreciate how dedicated the support team and developers are to the Practice Partner product. When updates come out, they fix known issues as well as include customer requests. No EMR/EHR is perfect, but the Practice Partner software really does a great job when you use it properly and take the time to set it up. I've been using Practice Partner since 2008 as a former employee or Practice Partner, an end user, and a VAR.

I have worked with EMD's more the past 18 years. Working in a couple different practices along the way all with EMD's. I started in an Allergy office and now working in an RHC. This is such a versatile EMR. The support staff is amazing and will help you make this system work for you and your practice needs. I would highly recommend EMD's for any practice that is looking for a new EMR!
Reports, billing, charting, referrals, and so on ALL are user friendly and a breeze to work with!! I am a fan! Try it and see for yourself!

Our practice has used Emds for three years but our provider has done so for many more. It is extremely user friendly and intuitive. New employees have learned it quickly and without much intensive need for training. There is an online portal where we can submit technical problems as cases - which are always resolved quickly. We do encounter glitches as with any software, but overall are very happy with Emds.

Software doesn’t work, support will ONLY talk to clinics NOT end users. They buffer themselves with “ company policy” not to talk with the end user! One would think EMDS has a vested interest in helping the end user. I wil make it known how disappointed I am with EMDS and my wife and I will pursue another clinic if they continue to use this glitch and bug filled software.

The EMR works great. I think most of the problem are users that really have no idea what they are doing. It is very robust and there is a lot to learn but it works great. You just have to take the time to learn how to properly use it.

We are an MDVIP Office and have been using EMDs for about 7 years and we love it. They roll in with the updates smoothly and educate well. We did switch to another software program under false pretenses, hated it and came right back to EMDs. Definitely staying with EMDs with no hesitation.
