Let me be the 1st to say, Guifre is amazing. In an age of fast paced, get it done and over with ASAP; Guifre has elevated the customer experience.
I call it Customer Satisfaction, not just customer service (although that too)
Let me explain:
One huge difference with his other competitors I have seen is the level of Knowledge he not only possess, but the knowledge he leaves his customers with. He really puts the words "knowledge is powered, when it is applied" into action and practical use.
As a Professional in his industry he won't see his future customers as a 1 Hit wonder, as so many others see as sell them and ghost them. No he is a Professional as to teach and mentor with on going services that builds a long term relationship.
I do feel that he is the most knowledgeable and professional subject matter expert when it comes to Real Estate. Not only has he guided me into the path with a sence of clarity, it has broaded and encouraged me to move forward with my own business.
