Meagan communicated responsively, holding my hand and coaching me through every step. I absolutely lucked out. Meagan was recommended by a friend and colleague who happened to also be one of Meagan's best friends. Friend/family recommendations are always a good place to start, but we all know they can go either way. As I said, I absolutely lucked out. Meagan made the process of buying my first home about as streamlined as it could be. While she was always present with relevant information, I still felt like I was mostly just saying "sure, yeah, that sounds great, let's go for it!" the whole time. Every local professional contact that she brought to the scene was equally on-point, courteous and capable. She is truly connected! At some point after putting in our offer, it occurred to me that I'd be leaving for europe for a month before escrow wouldve been set to close. This barely phased Meagan, as she quickly pivoted to arrange for a fast close. It worked, and the whole process was completed within two weeks without upset. I literally picked up my keys on the way to the airport. It'll be awhile before I need Meagan's services again, but in the meantime I'll be recommending her to anyone in the market for buying a home in Idyllwild.
