I went to staples on 10/31/24 around 2:30pm to get a poster sized document laminated. I assumed it would be something I could get done right then and there, but I was asked what time on 11/1 would I like to come back to pick up my order. I said I would be back around 12:30pm.

I arrived today at 12:33pm and got in the print center line. When it was my turn, the lady grabbed my order and handed it to me (rolled up with a rubber band). I started to walk away only to realize they hadn’t even laminated it! I even had an email from 10/31 at 8:48pm confirming that my order was ready for pick up. But clearly it was not and I’m not sure why.

The lady said she could get it laminated for me (even though your store has had it for almost 24 hours). I waited almost 30 minutes in store to have my item laminated.

Had a good experience at Staples in Escondido. Good service, knowledgeable employes and friendly. The employee I was working with even assisted me without my asking, with a large chair I purchased, taking it to my truck, being that it was very heavy. Great all-around products as well. Everything I needed for my office and business. I "will be back!"

Julio and Mason were extremely helpful today. Julio took time to introduce me to the Staples app and the various promotions. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Mason was attentive at the register with my extensive purchase and he was able to muli task well. Both Julio and Mason had great interpersonal skills which I greatly appreciated with a big purchase.

I like Staples over the other stationary supply stores. One thing that I would like better; not having to look at what rewards I have available prior to shopping. If there was an easy way at the store to see my rewards I would shop more often and spend more.

Even though Staples doesn't repair printers, Julio, store mgr at the Staples on Valley Parkway and Auto Pkwy, told me that he would be willing to look at it and see if I needed to take it to a printer repair shop or see if he could get it going...He was busy helping another customer who needed a new PC. I was told that they were short staffed and that Julio would be with me as soon as possible. Julio always stayed calm as he orchestrated his staff to waiting customers. It only took Julio a few minutes to check out my printer and was able to make it print, and explained to me how. And the best part is that he didn't charge me a dime. Awesome store!
