The owner, Greg, has provided me with poor customer service.
The plants in my home were dying due to overwatering! A rug in my office had been damaged by water for months, so I was forced to cancel service. When I attempted to go through the company's insurance to fix my rug damage with Greg, he refused and claimed that I had overwatered the plants!
