You should never need to store your credit card online to create a pick-up for a package without any other way to provide accommodation. This is borderline criminal and disgusting. Fed ex should be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve been dependent on FedEx Office locations around the country for every imaginable printing need. I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 25 years (back when they were all Kinko’s). The offerings and services have increased over the years and they really are equipped to handle most any job you need taken care of while being able to accommodate all of your shipping needs as well. If you aren’t certain what type of gift to give for a holiday or special occasion they are a great place to turn your photos into special keepsakes. Their staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and they are always willing to help with suggestions. They are open from 7-10 on weekdays, so don’t worry about deadlines and rush orders...they will take great care of you!

While I sure do miss Table 6, I will say this is one of the cleanest FedEx stores I’ve been to in a long time. Staff was super friendly and helpful in processing my overnight envelope package. Like that it’s in Midtown and super convenient to get to, so I’m likely to come back and use their services again and again.

Five stars, for all the staff here who, in the brief time I was waiting today helped finalize the program for a funeral service, extending great compassion to the men who were ordering it; helped a range of people on other matters, and got my passport photo done beautifully and in no time. They knew all the peculiarities of how to make sure the photo was acceptable, where to staple it, etc. Professionals all, with great people and customer service skills, working as a team to help each other out as well as the customers. Thank you.

I use this location frequently and am always surprised by the quality customer service- it’s run like a small business that cares versus a large corporation. Everyone is friendly and helpful (especially Margarita, the blond lady and the manager in the back) and the only time I had an issue, it was quickly resolved. If you print from the website it’s generally processed that day!

When I walked into the store I was greeted with a very friendly smile and Chris was extremely helpful. She ensured I had all of the help I needed with faxing my documents while attending to other customers. Although there were a few other customers in the store, she was still able to give me her full attention while helping other customers and ensure I received great customer service. I will be back for any of my other office needs for sure because of her. When I was leaving I forgot all my documents, but Chris was able to notice that, promptly come out to my car and make sure I got them back. She truly went above and beyond.
