Ana and Amber are awesome. These are my first hearing aids and they were very patient and took all the time I needed to get them just the way I wanted. I was reluctant to get them at first because I thought they would be uncomfortable and that I might not wear them. They tried several earpieces until we found one that was comfortable and I found can wear them all day with no discomfort. I was also concerned about COVID but found them to be very careful. Staggered appointments and a through cleaning after each client. Top notch all the way.

I am from out-of-town and was visiting the area when I had an issue with my Phonak Audeo devices. I found Connect Hearing in Healdsburg, a Phonak store, that said come in and we will see if we can help. I arrived 30 minutes later and was greeted by Sonja Dean, the store technician. Sonja promptly found the problem and did a complete reset of my Phonak's and iPhone settings. I had my iPad with me that had the same issues. She did the same reset, something well beyond the simple procedures in the Phonak brochure, and made the iPad recognize and work with my aids. Sonja is very friendly and helpful to all that are fortunate to find her. She made my day. Thank you, Sonja!

I highly recommend this place! I just left with no out of pocket charge...Medi Cal footed the bill. I can hear wonderful birds chirping outside and so clear I cannot describe to do it justice. I can probably listen to music so others don't complain. It is like a new world of not missing out on half of everything. Thank you Girls! I am so glad that I looked into it. I cannot wait to tell a few of my friends with similar hearing difficulties. It is like Christmas but better!

I’m had been avoiding wearing my hearing aids because they needed some adjusting. Today Jordan was able to adjust them so that they’re comfortable and I can hear better.

I like Connect Hearing in Healdsburg. First you meet Anna (pronounced ahna). Then you meet Amber. In the middle of the Coronavirus problem, they are cautious. One patient in the spaces at a time. They sanitize between patients. I came in with defective hearing aids and left with new. Wow, technology has changed. The audio quality of the new aids is far superior to my six year old top-of-the-line aids.

Although my 84-year old mom wasn't ready to commit to getting hearing aids I truly appreciated Dr. Snyder's patience and understanding. She was so good with my mom.

Didn't take any tine with me. Did not explain anything just told me I needed hearing AIDS, he'd order it and he'd call me when it came in. No options, no device choices or style choices. Never even explained what kind or degree of hearing loss I have. When I got upset and started asking questions he seemed to get defensive. I asked what if I couldn't get used to wearing them and his response was " you take them off and throw them in a draw, look its $4000. worth of equipment Medical pays for the whole thing you'd be foolish not to get them."
