BUYER BEWARE!!!
This company seems to NOT be willing to handle customer service at all. I purchased an item from them a month ago and for 9 communication exchanges in voice, email and notes to them on their website they have refused to process my return and refund. I have notified them nearly daily with no response since an initial acknowledgement of my issue. They were alerted that I would be posting this notice to buyers of products that they sell to seek alternative sellers.

Given your options you have better chances at quality customer service elsewhere and my 1 star rating is actually high.
BUYER BEWARE!! Especially this holiday season.

I ordered some products online as a part of a Christmas gift for a friend of mine who has raved about Empress Mane and their quality of service and product for a long time. I placed the order late at night, and saw immediate order confirmation. In the notes, I had mentioned that it was a gift, and they had wrapped it beautifully with holiday ribbon for her and delivered it the next day with a note. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Amazing! Affordable prices and the same day delivery service is seamless. Customer service is top notch. I couldn't find a product and someone contacted me in no time to find it. Also, there was a discrepancy in my shipping charge and it was resolved immediately!

The delivery was quick! I'm so impressed and very happy about it. I love the bag it arrived in, it's so cute. The hand handwritten note put a smile on my face. Navigating their website was very easy. The payment process was straight forward as well. Overall, it was a great experience!
