This is an easy 5-star rating. Bungalows 313 is a super property all around. We just completed our third stay and had yet another excellent experience. Property is attractive and well maintained. Dolce & Vita rooms are spacious and come with most everything one might need -- kitchen appliances, excellent a/c, back patio with grills, and a very prime location in downtown Sonoma. The customer service is 5-stars. The cleaning crew and landscapers exhibit a lot of care for the property, and yet they fly below the radar as we hardly ever see them. It can sometimes feel like we have the place to ourselves. This is a gem, and we think it's a perfect place to stay when in Sonoma.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Bungalows 313. We stayed in the Dolce suite and found it to be perfectly appointed for our week long stay in Sonoma. The king sized bed was very comfortable and super soft pillows. We used the gas grill on the back patio and it worked well. Our favorite spots were on the bistro table on our front patio (perfect morning coffee spot) , along with the stunning fountain and firepit on the courtyard. The whole property exuded relaxation. The location was incredibly convenient, a very short walk to the Plaza, as well as steps to a lovely walking and biking trail. Before booking we spent considerable time looking at all the rental options, and with never being to Sonoma before, we hoped the Bungalows 313 website was an accurate representation. I can hands down say that the property is even more gorgeous in person and you will not be disappointed if you stay here. It avoids the hustle of some of the bigger lodges and hotels, and the bustle of staying in one of the small hotels right on the Plaza. We absolutely will be making a return trip to this gem!

Our group stayed in Cielo and Luna. Both units were so comfortable and well appointed. We loved the coffee and creamer provided as well as the flexibility to do some light cooking. Having the larger unit allowed us to gather as a group inside and play cards. In the cooler mornings it was pleasant to sit outside at one of the seating areas scattered over the property. Both nights we were able to walk to dinner. We would love to return to see more of Sonoma and enjoy the property more fully.

My husband and I stayed at Bungalows 313 for 2 nights to celebrate our first anniversary and we absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in the studio-style Bella suite which was cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway. I thought the private patio area for the suite was so charming. The courtyard is stunning and feels like a true getaway - you'd never know you were just a block or so away from the main Sonoma Square. The room came with a complimentary bottle of white wine, as well as a Sonoma Wine Passport, which we found to be extremely valuable as it allowed us to enjoy several local wine tastings at a "two for the price of one" rate. This place is a gem!

We just stayed at Bungalows 313 with three other couples and it was the absolute perfect set up. We stayed in Dolce which had a great living and kitchen area on the first floor and a huge comfortable king bed in the second floor loft space. It was perfect as the other couples had there own spaces but we could all come together in the big common area outside. We had wine and snacks by the fire in the early evening (wine glasses stocked in the kitchen) and sipped coffee and breakfast burritos together by the same fire in the mornings. ||It’s a very well designed space and super comfortable to come back to after a day of tastings. It is so close to Sonoma square, we walked every night to dinner and back. Perfect location. I’d highly recommend for couple or families as the kitchen is well stocked so you could accommodate the needs of a family.

Perfect location to Sonoma & the square. Our room (Luna) was ideal for a couple. The 2-burner stove & local coffee came in handy for daily breakfast, or you can go to any of the many restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Bungalows 313 was the perfect space for our friend getaway. It was nice to have a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. We were able to have a small breakfast before heading out wine tasting and come back to hang out, play cards, or watch tv in the afternoon and after a night out. The outdoor area is super-nice, with tables, firepits, bocce...there are even heaters. Unfortunately, out trip timing was terrible because we were there during the record-breaking rain and weren't able to enjoy them. Next time!

The location is ideal just a short walk of less than 5 minute to the Downtown Plaza. We were informed there is 36 wine tasting places in the downtown area all in walking distance without having to drive which is very resourceful. Bungalows are so beautiful and accommodating in the inside. A lot of privacy surrounding each bungalow. Definitely recommend !
