As a new small business owner, Christian appeared to be annoyed that such a small business would desire his services. His price was somewhat reasonable, (only slightly more than more commercialized services would charge), but he offered no guarantee, and stated that all paperwork must be maintained by our biz, and he would hold none. We are organized and keep extensive records anyway, but the redundancy would be good. Also, he did not provide us confidence that he fully understands how a small business becomes successful in regards to taxes.
