I ordered a regular sandwich and was given only half. They then attempted to gaslight me about their sandwich sizes when I inquired about it. I have ordered their sandwiches before. I know how much I am supposed to get. Unless Jersey Mike's thinks it is cute to shrink the size of their sandwiches. Anyways, I will not be back.

Got a regular sub as for jalapenos they put 4 on the sub 4 pickles and oil and vinegar was added and ran off cause she put it straight on the meat. For 3 subs at 38 dollars I would have expected better .

We eat here regularly M-F during lunch rush. Lunch is GREAT. We don’t dare eat here on weekends.

Today was the WORST. Waited about 35 minutes for food, restaurant was packed-no help. Some people waited longer than us. The guys behind the counter were arguing about who’s helping and them sitting in their cars and listening to music-IN FRONT of customers. My food was subpar. Meat overcooked and hard-I didn’t dare say anything.

I had to wait a few minutes, because they were so busy. But the two workers were moving as fast as they could and my #17 was well worth the wait.

Always great! I get a gluten free sub every time. I came in to pick up my mobile order one day and they were still working on it. Not sure if it was a manager or a trainer, but one employee walked the other through making sure cross contamination was minimized for gluten. I highly appreciate that! The sun was great - as always!

I need to complement your employee Braden, we stopped in to eat after church and the place was super busy, he was working very hard to keep the orders caught up, was friendly and helpful and was managing the other employees very effectively, multi-tasking the entire time. He was doing a great job.

This establishment is so well ran. Both the owner and his wife are hands on with there reasturant. (Which you don't see very often. Most owners are in it for the money and don't train or help there employees much. I speak from experience) There store manager is such a lovely woman. Her heart is so kind and she takes great care of the employees and customers. Every employee that has served my family was very attentive, respectful, and kind. They aren't wasteful of the food, rushing your order to get you through the line or just being disrespectful for no reason. The food is always fresh and they create your food with such care. This is by far the best Jersey Mike's I have ever eaten at. 👌🏻

This was the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! After getting one of my sandwiches wrong for one of my kids I went to return it and explain it had something on it I didn’t ask for and said I’ll pay for a new one it’s fine my daughter won’t eat it like this. The lead manager got a complete attitude with me for no reason then insisted on arguing with me that it was my fault and that I told him wrong and looked at me like I was inconveniencing him!!!! All you had to do was say sorry I’ll get you a new one and I would’ve even paid…. It’s beyond me how you’re in a customer service job and this is how you treat people!!! I will never give another dollar to any Jersey Mikes again!!!!
