Muy mal servicio mi hija hizo ahí sus income tax y la pusieron como estudiante, a ella ni le explicaron nada y no se dio cuenta asta que le llegó un cobro del irs y fuimos a preguntar e investigar y si ellos hicieron mal el papeleo y pusieron como que mi hija los hizo sola.asi que ahora a pagar al IRS Tengan cuidado oh evite mejor ir ahí. JB consulting service lo único que hacen es lavarse las manos. Mejor evite ir ahí.

I do recommend this amazing tax place. I been going there for more than 10 yrs very satisfied very happy. I have never been audited nor received letters maybe your previous tax prep did damaged it's hunting you now. But John and the staff always run things by you and ask you if it's still the same now people don't pay attention for being on their phone. Over 10 years I seen them treat everyone the same and explain things he has advised me and has informed me of everything as when I needed copies he's given me copies. So, he's told me and everyone any problems let me know thankfully I have not for over 10 yrs. What I love more John double checked everyone's tax return and which assures me even more that I won't have problems. All the staff is amazing thank you John and family.

Been going to John for about four years, so I'm in a pretty good position to speak about his services. One year he failed to correct a big mistake on our taxes that we pointed out to him, but we didn't catch it until after it was sent. We decided to go back to him anyways - despite the fact that he's kinda manic (abrasive one minute and then really nice the next), doesn't tend to give straightforward answers to our questions, and is always multi-tasking so he's not really paying attention to what we're saying - simply because he's fairly inexpensive and gets us a high return. Also didn't want to spend the time to look for someone else.

But this year, when I made a costly mistake with my business, he made sure to let me know how much I messed up before actually helping me solve the problem and continuously referred to me as "silly" and "young lady." I'm not easily offended, but it irked me, especially because I was clearly being talked down to.

I also made a phone appointment with him and when I called during the agreed upon time he told me we needed to come in. Also told me that it would be $175 and then charged my husband $200. When I asked him a question about our taxes I had to ask it about five times before he understood what I was asking because he was busy doing other things.

He's definitely trying to juggle way too many people's taxes at once - and isn't really pulling it off. We will not being going back to John next year. Turns out there are other CPAs out there that can produce high returns, listen carefully, and be respectful. Good stuff.

By Far, the BEST CPA I have ever worked with! He is definitely a busy man, but he always comes through. My wife and I have been going to John and his family for 6 years, and know friends who have been going even longer. He makes sure to help you out if anything ever needs work or correcting. Great business!

If I could I would give it a zero. PLEASE! Avoid coming to this place. They will screw you over and please read your papers before you sign them. My sister just got a letter from the IRS stating that she now owes them money for the year of 2017. This firm put down that she went to college when she didn’t. Then they put down that she did the paper work all by herself. That’s how they get to clean their hands. They do the taxes on turbo tax and charge $175. This firm helped all my family and I’m afraid that we will all soon receive a letter from the IRS. I also have fault because I didn’t check my papers before signing them. Make sure to read everything. Make sure that jb consultant puts down that they were the firm who helped you sign the papers. No wonder I was so surprised to receive so much money back, but it’s not worth it if you have to owe it all back. I only hope I don’t receive a letter as well. Be careful people.

They add things to your tax form without consent. Beware people! You will be receiving a letter from the IRS. Taxes are done as if you input everything on your own.

I suggest you don't go here, I got a letter by the IRS saying I owe them money. My gf was right about him, he is shady guy...DONT DO YOUR TAXES HERE unless you want the IRS to come after you
