It's just another dirty BART station, we're the agents totally ignore you and never provide assistance and never see a cop, even though BART cops are some of the highest paid in the Bay Area. Compared the the subway in NY, the L in Chicago, metro in Paris, underground in London and even the metro on Los Angeles, a place were people love their cars, the public transportation is better, cheaper and actually goes to multiple places. I'm only taking BART because it's close to we're I work in Oakland; however, because it's use is so limited, another job a few miles away in Oakland would he impossible to get to from BART. And it's the most expensive public transportation in the US. Look up the salary of those station agents or people who sit in the front of the train watching the train drive itself and their benefit package and that's why it costs me $14/day to go round trip 30 miles and a $105 a month for a reserved spot or $3/day if you don't have a permit.

Too slow and inaccurate to be worth any more. Price increases following a literal derailment. Poorly managed and trained business. Will no longer be using this public transit and it's so expensive that I will save money. This isnt public transit just cirp greed

Yes, this is a 5 star BART station. Every time I've gone, the bathrooms have been clean. There is greenery across the street, which makes one want to hang out. There are food truck days to taste different cuisine. The bus depot is self contained and easy to navigate through (the signage is clear). There is a store on bottom of the platform - you can buy pizza, quench your thirst, or enjoy a light snack. This station is centrally located. If you're ambitious you can even walk downtown. There are trails and other parks nearby. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The only con - congested. This station's parking garage fills up rather quickly.

This station was recently retrofitted, so there is ample lighting, etc..

I commute from this station. Parking no longer free - $3/day for the garage (which does fill up quickly), but there are lots and spots all around. Clean station although only a few sets of stairs up/down to the central lobby so it gets crowded getting on/off during rush hours.

Bike lockers are a huge plus. Located right off the Iron Horse trail, $0.05/hour for completely secure lockers - just make sure to get your BikeLink card somewhere. Walkable to a couple restaurants and coffee places. The little store is decent. On Fridays there are food trucks after 5, which are awesome when you get back after a long week.

I grew up in Walnut Creek, about a mile from PH BART. This was the station I took to get to the airport, punk rock concerts in sf, and even once to visit a friend in Millbrae. I could walk the short distance from my parent's home if I didn't want to park in their lot.

This is easily my favorite BART station. Parking here is still free and usually pretty easy to find a spot (outside of weekday commuter hours - I'm sure all BART stations have limited parking at those times.)

In recent years they've built a community around this station so there are a handful of businesses and coffee shops nearby. There is also a small snack/coffee room on their property near the ticketing machines. I've never used the public restrooms here, but I have interacted with the employees and they've generally been very helpful and nice.

Clean, well lit station. On commuter days, regular parking tends to fill up before 8:30am and reserved spots open up after 10am but fill up before 11am. There's also a non-BART parking lot right next to the station parking structure that's a little more expensive but usually has availability.

It's a typical BART station. Huge parking structure. There's some developments nearby which is good. Has bus connections
