Great experience at Reel Graphics! Over the years I have used RG for making custom shirts for my annual family gatherings. They always do a wonderful job.

Just recently I went in for another request. I am going to a concert and needed to heat press a picture on the back of a jacket. They discussed with me which spot would be best to place the art work. There was a small issue with a seam in the way. We talked it over, they made it happen and now I have THE BEST CUSTOM JEAN JACKET for my concert.

These guys are real professionals. I've been working with them for about 8 months - and could not be happier. They've made signs, decals/stickers, brochures, business cards, etc for me... and it's always done "right" and on-time. For excellent/one-of-a-kind "design work" - see Schuyler - the man is very talented. They also have a tremendous staff, and Reel Graphics' equipment is state of the art. Highly recommend!

They never sent my hats to get done, told me I didn't need a deposit and then last minute said I needed one. When I went to give them the deposit, the woman working there admitted to not knowing which colors I picked out even though I saw her write them down on Monday. I had to find the colors again, fill out my own forms, and try to match the colors of the samples WITHOUT the machine because she didn't know how to use it... I got a refund and left. I couldn't get anything done before going back to New York. Never taking my business here again.

Skyler, I believe his name was, the manager, was insanely rude and disrespectful. Kept ignoring my questions and leaving convo to do other things. The lady(Tiffany, i think was her name) was very polite and helpful, though.
