Sarasota Networks did a great job setting up my home network, wi-fi, and new computer! I recently moved to the area and needed a strong home internet connection and new computer system for work. I am really bad with technology so I had no idea what I needed. I chose Sarasota Networks based on the excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. Franklin was able to get to my house quickly and determine what he needed to do. He provided a detailed quote which I accepted and then he did the work well within the timeline we discussed. Sarasota Networks did a great job for me. I have been in the IT business for decades and have had the opportunity to use plenty of technical people. Franklin was very detailed and efficient in diagnosing and mapping out a solution for my home office. Not only did he install and configure a very robust wireless system but also managed to simplify many of the components. He also upgraded and tuned my computer system to manage everything. He is very competent on dealing with complex systems as well as the simple ones. He has a very scalable operation so I would use him for any job, large to small. Plus he is a good guy.

I had a hacker in my system for 6 years and went through various windows desktops, laptops and apple desktops. I also worked as a Senior Software Developer fighting this guy non-stop destroying my machines, me fixing them and having him eventually destroying them to the point of no return. It was a big game for this hacker. I was emotionally at my wits end and knew I had to do something drastic. I called Franklin at Sarasota Networks and he created a custom high speed desktop PC. He built and installed a full private network with a firewall, server and built in security like I have never seen as a 15 year software developer. He also took my destroyed HP windows laptop and rebuilt it with the newest software and put it on the network. I was hesitant with Franklin at first but we developed a relationship of trust. He is amazing. I have not seen any sign of a hacker and I wont because of Franklin's expertise. He has built me an incredible safe system and would recommend Franklin with the highest regards. He always makes himself available for questions and I know I am in great hands. You wont find a better network specialist or IT support personnel than Franklin!!!!

Was asked for information. Told they would stop by never did. Was asked about my warranty told they wouldn't touch it under warranty and I understand gave them my end date warranty as asked and got a reply a few days later saying they want to focus on more manageable customers they have and to go else where. I still have the email saved. 4000 dollar pc having some issues and just asked if they would take a look at it as my availability is open to whenever. If they deny or say anything false I have it all saved. As to what the problem was and why they changed their minds not sure. I even had long conversations with one of the main guys won't say his name unless I have to but not a clue to why they did a 180 on me. hopefully your experiences are different

I am not sure where to start with how happy I have been with Franklin and his entire team. I spoke to several different IT companies before I came across Franklin, I needed someone who could move our entire medical practice, within a very short time frame. When I called SN, I received a quick and friendly response. Franklin spent so much time coming out to our old, and new, location to see the scope of work he had to do, and let me tell you, he pulled off the impossible and worked a MIRACLE in getting our new office COMPLETELY WIRED, from scratch. Franklin and his team worked TIRELESSLY to wire our entire practice within DAYS, no one thought it could be done but they did it! He helped me every single step of the way from communication with our telephone company to our cable company, made several trips to Home Depot to get supplies we needed and managed to go through hundreds and hundreds of old wiring that was left behind. These people are incredible, honest, hardworking, genuine and knowledgeable. Finding them was the best decision we have made. They even came by with flowers as a token of gratitude for my business, you will not find a company like this, hire them now!
