The Customer Service was outstanding. Mike White spent 2 hours helping me with a technical issue. He was so patient and helpful. We have been considering an upgrade to our sign and was considering possibly contacting a different company due to prior customer service from Robson. The atmosphere at Robson Signs has greatly improved. We look forward to working with them in the near future to upgrade our sign. Thanks again Mike.

We could not have chosen a better company to retrofit our church's sign. From start to finish to finish it was an enjoyable experience. Once we agreed on the quote Mike White, Robson's Sign rep, emailed us the agreement paperwork regarding payment, start, and completion date for the project. Then there was a delay in the start date due to the storm. When Angel, Robson's Sign worker, arrived for the installation on the new start date, he was hampered by the weather. He immediately rescheduled and he and the workers completed the retrofit the next day.
Kerry, the technical support specialist, updated our software and provided updated training for us the following day. Again, from start to finish an excellent experience. We highly recommend Robson Sign.
