This place is a hidden gem. I schedule an appointment for a first time passport book and card and was amazed by the accuracy and proficiency of the women at this office. I had a A.M appointment and was immediately called to the window upon arrival. The woman asked for all documents including passport application and soon after reviewing my documents notice I made a mistake and politely helped me to correct it. After that I gave her a picture I took professionally and she notice it was a shadow and my body placement was wrong.... Long story short she reviewed and went over things that I know was up and beyond her job. I just received my passport today and did the application only a few weeks ago. If you're a first time passport applicator and is in Seminole County, please go to this location and get it done the right.

I just want to say how lovely the people who work here are. The two women who assisted me today with applying for a passport were just wonderful. I have very high anxiety and doing simple things like ordering food tend to stress me out badly, so you can imagine how stressed I was about trying to get my passport. The staff here was so friendly from the moment I stepped in. Very helpful and kind. I never felt stupid or like I was a bother when asking questions the way I do in most situations. Just goes to show how much having a positive attitude can help make someone else's day, you never know how someone struggles internally, and I'm really glad the ladies who were working today were there.
Beyond that, everything went smoothly. There was no real wait and the whole process was quick and seamless.

Ms Debbie at passport processing has an impeccable work ethics. She was kind and very understanding. She went an extra mile to process my application, I was the last one waiting with no set appointment (which I don't recommend because they will ask you and prefer for you to make appointment online). I applaud her kindness!

I was able to get a lot accomplished there today. When I called I was told that, I had to research in my own but, I received help anyways once I arrived. Thanks a heap
