Called in to Village tax with a question about some taxes I had filed for the year 2020. Explained the situation, and full well knowing there was no money to be made with me, Loren was still good enough to give me a call back, and even went so far as to research and text me the information I needed to have my situation handled!
Always good to know there are small local businesses that are still willing to go that extra step, just to help someone out, with nothing to gain…

The lovely lady (I don’t remember her name) who answered the phone was very polite & helpful. I wasn’t sure I would get a call back, (as I’ve heard that several times from other companies) but she did & on the same day!
Loren made time for me (as a new & unorganized client) during his very busy day to help me with my LLC & 1099 taxes. He was patient, informative & had everything done exactly when he said he would!
