Stay Away!! After new mgmt took over, I’ve received nothing but over-bills and surprise charges/bills. Even received a hefty surprise bill for a FORM email they sent me where they just copied & pasted my name! They never mentioned or discussed they’d send bill me for the subject matter of the form email. Just one of the continual surprise bills they sent. Another time I received a surprise bill because, according to them, I talked to them too long during one meeting with too many questions on my taxes… and received another surprise bill last season because they said they had a question on my taxes, and instead of simply calling to ask me, charged me and sent a bill out-of-the-blue because, according to them, their question took them longer than usual to figure out.
As a long time client, had enough of these new mgmt “business practices” and had to leave them.
They treated me as their atm, not their client.

I had a pretty neutral experience here a few years ago with my tax return However, a year after filing the assistant contacted me looking for a payment. I was under the impression that I had already paid. I searched through my bank statement a year prior and realized that it obviously slipped my mind but who waits until a year later to collect? I had no notifications or an invoice sent in that entire year. Maybe as the customer I should have reminded them to charge me but it seems me as if they are somewhat disorganized and I will not be coming back here.
