I rarely write reviews, but have to take a moment to share my experience with the Weston Group!! I was a first-time home buyer and a single mom, so I was very particular about who I wanted to involve in my home buying process. I spent quite a bit of time doing my research on various areas to move to, checking out realtors, etc. When I first spoke with Monica Guillen, I instantly knew that I wanted her to be my agent!

I cannot say this about everyone, but Monica truly has good intentions when it comes to helping others! She understood how important it was for me to find the best home and environment for both myself and my children, and she was incredibly patient with me while I weighed out different options. Ultimately her suggestions guided my family and I to an amazing community! Fortunately she also helped me purchase a home that was even more than I was aiming for, and within my budget!!!

I truly owe it to Monica for not only making my first-time home buying process a smooth and stress-free one, but for sharing her knowledge on the Tampa Bay area, more specifically, the hidden gem of a community that we chose and currently live in! My family and I now have a quality of life that cannot be compared to what we had prior to our move! Even our little dogs are happier in their new home, and they love the neighborhood as much as we do ❤️
