We had issues with the closing paperwork (no fault of Andrew's), and he sat at the closing office with me for over 4 hours, keeping me company, which I know he did not have to do.

Also, Sarah, the client care coordinator, was amazing! She not only set up all my inspections for me but sent me weekly emails tracking the schedules of each inspection and keeping me on track. Her emails were extremely helpful in keeping me organized with the next steps. Another huge thing was that when it came to home inspection, Sarah got quotes from multiple places for me to choose from, which was so nice from a budget perspective.
