I brought my shirt in for modifications, the back of the shirt was perfect except for the right arm side was incomplete, wording was missing two words, I'm hesitant to go back ?, things happen ?.

Went there yesterday to get 3 sets of Ben Davis coveralls embroidered with 3 different first names.

Dude working was super nice, but he accidentally embroidered through both sides of the sleeve on one of the coveralls, sewing it shut.
He ended up having to cut through which tore a hole in the sleeve.
To fix it, he embroidered over the hole with a similar blue... Not exact.
So unfortunately the name had to be embroidered over a rectangle with a different color from the garment. Looks janky.
Now I probably would have given 3 stars since dude was so nice and genuinely embarrassed for the mistake, but he didn't even offer me a discount. I had to pay full price for their work which ruined an 80 dollar pair of brand new coveralls.
