Can’t recommend this shop highly enough! Everyone in this family business is friendly, helpful, and top notch at their craft. I wanted something from a painting done before I headed to an art show. In less than 24 hours they had digitized what I needed, cropped it, edited it to make it work better on a shirt, and then had it embroidered and ready to go. It looks just like the figure in the painting! Great stuff, thank you!

I had the BEST experience ordering custom shirts for an event. I emailed Mike the ideas for my design and he emailed me right back, after hours. The design he came up with exceeded my expectations! It was just a small order of 5 shirts and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend HG Printing for small AND big jobs. HG Printing also takes care of a large organization that I am a part of. Everything that he made was perfect and the designs were amazing! They are super fast with getting your order done too!

I needed a shirt made last minute for a concert. I saw a design I liked off Etsy but with the event a week away, It wouldn’t be here in time. HG got it done . They were so easy to worth it. Mike from HG printing is a very great person to work with. If you need anything custom work done, he is the person to reach out to. We actually met Mike at a local jeep club, of which we are members, and we were referred to his shop. And so we worked with him on designs for our Jeep. We go to many events so we like to have the Jeep customized. Working with Mike, you are able to do that. He gives great insights and his recommendations are noted. Working with the team at HG printing is something I will for sure do again because, with them, if you don’t like the creation, he will assist you in any way possible to have the work pleasing to your wish at the end of the day.

I had heard mixed reviews prior to coming in, but was super happy with our purchase. My daughter was given a jacket that had another name embroidered on it (from a friend, not from here) and I removed the former name to get hers on it instead.

Mike was very thorough in letting me know that bringing in our own item has its own set of husband they can’t 100% guarantee their results since it wasn’t one of their items. Any embroidery place should do that. I understood and left her jacket.

Since they weren’t too busy in the embroidery area, they could get right on our item. I had an email mockup within the hour and I got a call the next morning that it was complete. The best part? I was taken back to the room where the thread was, to choose the best color for our project. It turned out so nice and it’s like it was my daughter’s item all along.

I had an unfortunate experience working with HG on a few projects, including creating ads and printing shirts. We requested some edits to our logo before it went to print and specifically asked to review the final design beforehand. However, this step was never done, and the shirts were printed with the unedited logo.

Additionally, we commissioned to have an ad created and to be sent to a local business for display on their in-house TV, but it was never sent as promised.

These are just two examples of the issues we encountered, though there were others I won’t detail out of respect. I debated leaving this review, but I hope it serves as constructive feedback for HG to improve their processes and deliver better customer service in the future.

Very thankful for HG Printing & Graphics for working with me to recreate a spiral bound booklet! The quality of the work was wonderful and they communicated through the whole process. The Carroll Home Team was excited to be able to support another local small business vs the corporate companies in town.
