Such a beautiful home! The beds were so comfy and the views were gorgeous! We got to see whales frolicking around in the ocean! We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and hot dogs around the fire. The upstairs living room was our favorite spot for morning coffee and movies at night. We had some cloudy days during our stay, so we checked the live webcams at the local beaches and found the sun shining at Avila Beach, which was such an adorable area. We visited a local winery and had the BEST produce from the nearby farm stands. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved every moment of the stay!!! Thank you so much for offering such a beautiful experience! The house was phenomenal we had a handful of dirt bike riders. This is our second year going to the dunes to celebrate my sons birthday.. the guys were so excited how close we were to the entrance .. even with some rain .. we had game nights and family time.. we didn’t feel in anyway stuck! It was a resort type feeling! Plenty to do under one roof! Thank you Mauri and Becky for being a great host!! We will see you next year!! ?

The house is great for all kinds of activities. Patio door opens to the sand and is just a few houses down from the entrance to the beach for off roading in the dunes. Just a short drive to downtown Pismo or the strip in Arroyo Grande. Home itself is set up great for multiple families, or one big one. Communication with host is also top notch.

What a gorgeous and amazing vacation home. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owner. Excellent location, wonderful views, and the house is immaculate and very well kept. We have been here twice and cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The views of the ocean were stunning, the kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need, and the decor was a perfect combination of classy and comfortable. To top it all off, the house was directly on the sand with a fire pit right on the beach! We cooked s'mores every night and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze bundled up in blankets on the chairs by the fire. We will definitely be coming back!
