We have used Solitude for several years and are very happy with the relationship. They are responsive to our needs, cost effective, and professional in their service. We use solitude for all our natural resource needs ( lakes, littoral, and preserve). It’s great to have Eggy and Bailey on. Our team. Christine Kennedy and Solitude are the best Lake Company I have had the privilege of working with as a Property Manager. I do not have to worry about service, fountains, aerators, littorals, or most importantly weed infestation on lake banks. I have been in the business for over 10 years and if the property is one Christine is in charge of with Solitude, you can count on them running things very professionally. Absolute 5 star treatment.

I have had a horrific experience with management at solitude . Left several messages and know one got back to me. Went further up the management scale and finally a top manager came out to meet me. After discussing my issues he assured me I would get an email response asap about my concerns. It’s three weeks and I still haven’t got a response. I cancelled contract today and all of a sudden got two phone calls REALLY.
Sent a certified letter today cancelling any dealings going forward.

I had no experience he told a passer by that he called me but I never got a call it also appears that some of the nozzles are not spraying as much as others
