Job posting is extremely vague, interviews are in groups. They don’t even specify what EXACTLY it is you are doing during the second interview. Asked them why I should consider taking this job, and they spewed the same “uncapped commission, make 100k in 8 years” that every company does. As close to MLM as you can get and keep it legal. Orlando is RIDDLED with these companies filled with UCF new grads. Apply elsewhere.

The hiring manager hung up on me mid-sentence and proceeded to ghost after being very responsive on the phone for all replies leading up to it. At the very least, at least say the applicant doesn't seem like a good fit before doing so, please.
